There is no official qualification that will enable you to work at Billion Belt Scrapers, however, the following should give you an advantage:
- South African National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- Valid and Legal Code "B" divers lisence
- Previous welding and/or boilermaking experience
- Previous experience with the mining industry
- Healthy and fit
- Honest
We have a one-on-one interview with all candidates and reserves the right to decline any application without reason.
We supply all successful candidates with in-house training and further on-the-job training.
Billion Belt Scrapers is party to the Metal and Engineering Industry Bargaining council;
All terms of service are governed by the MEIBC.
